Cardamom Cranberry Banana Bread


Cardamom is a spice that has an intense, pungent, sweet flavor. This recipe uses it with cranberry for a truly unique banana bread experience!

The recipe also uses a mixture of plain and whole wheat flour as well as brown sugar to give the banana bread a more coarse texture.
